after men's meeting on the way home with jianting.. we were on the bus talking about some people who are newly promoted.. so he was saying he's supposed to be promoted also.. and the first thing that came to my mind is that i'm still not.. that was just a first thought and i really didnt mind.. then i heard God speaking to me..

'you do not have to be mindful of the promotion that people can see.. indeed promotion comes from Me.. but what I see is more than that.. your heart which I see is what human eyes cannot see.. and your faithfulness is all that matters..'
